What is your primary product or service?
Piano tuning, repair, and rebuilding.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I got to the repair end of the business from the entertainment end of the business. Saw the need, and went back to school to learn how.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am the only Registered Piano Technician in the area. You become Registered by being tested by the Piano Technicians Guild.. There are 3 tests (Written, Tuning, Repair). You must pass all at 80% or better.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One, and no plans to expand.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Phil Bondi.
What are your hours of operation?
Regular scheduling can start as early as 7AM and the last appointment is usually no later than 5PM. Concert/Theater Scheduling is usually much later than 5PM, but for most Residential and Commercial applications, 7AM to 5PM.
