Pro-Tech Services is a 24 year old company that does services like window tinting ( rv's homes-businesses). We also do car audio sales and installation and sale and install lowering kits. We sale lift kits .We sale wheels from(ssr- foose- mht- us mag- dub- dub1- fuel- bmf) . If your into the air bag suspension we do that too. And most all truck accessories

How long have you been in business?
we have been in business since 1992
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary products and services are car audio sales installations and custom suspensions sales and installation and trucks accessories (bed covers) and residential and commercial window tinting these are the top services at our company
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
well it all started back in the late 80's going to school and hanging out at the local car audio shop. the custom car scene was getting popular in eastern north carolina and everyone was trying to learn a segment of the scene back then to capture some of the money being thrown around .. and i picked up tinting homes and business then move florida got a local shop to teach me how to tint vehicles.. back in 1992 i went to a school in daytona beach fl for mobile electronics to get a certification to install car audio into cars.. mecp mobile electronics program witch is all about car audio/alarm installation got my certification for mecp advance which is the middle level of the certification platform. after that i just did started window tinting and car audio installs for who ever need things done and progressed from there.. now its been 24 years since i opened my business in late 1992 and i add services skills and taken some services away...
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
i'm all about quality and service .. To me we are not one to treat customers as a number that just puts money in our pockets. We try 150% to do a quality installation for each customer.. In this business i have noticed over the years talking with local employees that work for other like auto tinting shops... there like bragging "we did 25 cars today how many did you do" . To us it's about what the end product looks like ...but with the low ball prices all the tint shop giving you kill yourself doing 25 cars at "69.00" you can't live life doing that many cars for nickles and dimes everyday you will get burnt out .. To us it like we cater to that one customer work with them with a fair price and quality product and installation for which ever service we are doing for them.once done we move on to the next.. you will never see us pile up appointment on top of appointment and stop in the middle of one to start another. Well we moved on from auto tinting back in 2015 so we only do the the residential and commercial tinting with all over other services.
